About Me

As an Executive Leadership Coach, Tami Szabo is passionate about seeing her clients achieve the kind of success they are truly capable of. In fact, she has discovered coaching to be one of the most powerful methods of bringing out the genius in both leaders and their businesses.

Tami’s main focus is coaching Women Decision Makers, whether Corporate Executives or CEO’s of their own businesses. She supports each Leader as the foundation of the company. As Tami invites them to grow and unleash their true potential, they enable their companies to do the same.

Being a Rescue Institute Faculty Member and Licensed Mastermind Executive Coach provides a welcome opportunity for Tami to assist Leaders in re-creating their lives. She does this in addition to Strategic Planning, Assessments, Writing, Teleseminars, Individual Coaching and Group Coaching.

As a Leader and Business Owner herself, Tami understands some of the pressures and dynamics facing Leadership today.  She knows what it’s like to work for a big company, manage other staff, train employees and learn new skills. Her own journey has caused her to face incredible trials and experience the thrills of personal success.

In addition to being a Certified Executive Mastermind Coach, Tami is a CTA Certified Coach and a member of The International Coaching Federation (ICF). Tami has been assisting people in their development for many years. Her Pastoral Bachelor’s Degree, Nursing Courses, Business and Marketing Knowledge lend a richness to her Coaching.

On a personal level, Tami is committed to her own development. And yes, she even has her own Coach! She enjoys her life in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of B.C. with her teacher husband and two pampered kitties.
